Earlier this week, I decided to record a 1:1 call with Steve Terp to show the team the behind-the-scenes of how these conversations usually go. (I even contemplated taking a tally of how many times we said the word "man" during the call.) Who knew it would turn into such an important conversation and, you know, end up with us on a boat? It was so important that I decided to share it at today's Sales Kickoff (SKO).

Here's the short version: After many years of leading our GTM teams, Steve has decided to retire.

I hope you'll take the time to watch the video we shared at SKO. It's both a celebration and an important conversation. We talk about what this milestone means for Steve and for the GTM team, what he’s most proud of, and why we’re confident in our strategy and momentum going forward.
